Best Chocolate Chip Cookies

Okay so i have never been much of a baker but recently started giving my hand at making sweet treats . The other day i tried out a new chocolate chip recipe from a new cook book and i didn't love it so naturally i took it to facebook and ya know everyone thinks they have the BEST chocolate chip cookie recipe but let me tell you one friend messaged me this recipe and it truly is the absolute best everyone that has tried them LOVES them . They are perfectly soft and fluffy and the flavor is absolutely delicious. Thanks Robin for blowing my Chocolate chip cookie mind!!

1 C Butter Softened

1/4 C Sugar

3/4 C Brown Sugar

1 tsp. Vanilla

2 Eggs

1 (4-oz) pkg Vanilla Instant pudding mix (dry power only)

1 tsp. Baking Soda

2 1/4 C Flour

2 C semi sweet chocolate chips ( i also switch it up and use milk chocolate sometimes also just whatever is in the cupboard )

CREAM together butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Add vanilla, eggs, and pudding mix.

IN a separate bowl mix together flour and baking soda and gently add to weight ingredients. Fold in Chocolate chips. Use a small cookie scoop to drop dough on lightly greased cookie sheet. (I just use parchment paper on a cookie sheet i just kinda like how they cook on it.)

BAKE at 350 for 8-10 min, Until sides become golden. Remove from oven and cool completely on wire rack. ( I let mine sit on the cookie sheet for 1-2 min after removing from the oven to kinda finish cooking because they are SUPER soft and kinda fall apart when i don't haha)

I like to store them in a closed container to keep soft and fresh i don't know if that actually works because typically the entire batch is gone in a day and doesn't make it to the next to see how well it actually does work but hey at least it looks pretty on the table while it lasts right?!

If you make this let me know how you like it...
